Zásady používání souborů cookie

1. Co jsou soubory cookie

Cookies jsou malé soubory uložené ve vašem zařízení při používání webových stránek. Pomáhají udržovat relaci, pamatují si nastavení a zajišťují správné a bezpečné fungování webových stránek.

2. Soubory cookie, které používáme

• Necessary: WordPress/WooCommerce sessions and login, and remembering your selected language, currency and cookie choice. These support the functions you request.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 only starts after you select “Accept analytics”. It measures visits and website use. Before consent and after refusal, we do not load the Google Analytics tag.
• This integration does not enable advertising cookies or ad personalisation.

Prima House — remembers consent or refusal; 180 days.

dsh_lang, dsh_currency

Prima House — selected language and currency; up to 1 year.

wordpress_*, wp-settings-*, woocommerce_*, wp_woocommerce_session_*

WordPress/WooCommerce — after login or use of the relevant feature; session duration, usually 2 days for WooCommerce sessions, up to 14 days for remembered login and up to 1 year for account settings.

_ga, _ga_*

Google Analytics — browser and session identifiers, only after consent; configured lifetime up to 180 days, renewed during analytics use.

wp_consent_*

WP Consent API — technical consent signals for plugins; up to 30 days, renewed during visits. The authoritative choice is stored in ph_cookie_consent.

3. Správa souborů cookie

You can accept or reject analytics in the banner. “Cookie settings” is available on every page and makes withdrawing consent as easy as giving it. Withdrawal stops analytics and removes its cookies in this browser; it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. No choice means analytics is disabled. Refusal does not restrict forms or website access.

You can also delete cookies in your browser. Deleting your choice makes the banner appear again. Blocking necessary cookies may disrupt login and website preferences.

4. Změny a kontakt

Google Analytics and form protection

With your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), we use Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic and improve the website. Google may process online identifiers, device and browser information, visited pages and website events. We do not send form contents or account details as analytics event parameters. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in this integration. The provider in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited. Google privacy.

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical browser and connection information is sent to Cloudflare to detect bots and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use Turnstile for analytics or advertising. Pre-clearance, which sets the cf_clearance cookie, is disabled. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile privacy.
